At theVietnam Corporate Bond Market Forum 2026, specialists from S&P Global Ratingswill share global perspectives and practical insights drawn from international markets to address key questions surrounding the capital market in Vietnam.

🎤 Mr. Kim Eng Tan – Managing Director - Sector Lead, Sovereign Ratings, Asia-Pacific, S&P Global Ratings: He will present independent analysis on Vietnam’s fiscal space, banking sector outlook, and the macroeconomic factors shaping the country’s economic trajectory, providing investors with a comprehensive perspective on Vietnam’s sovereign credit profile.
As the main spokesperson for Sovereign Ratings in Asia-Pacific, Mr. Kim Eng leads the sovereign team’s analytical and outreach activities in the region. He is also a member of the Global Sovereign Criteria Committee. Before joining S&P Global Ratings, he previously held key management roles at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

With nearly three decades at S&P Global Ratings and extensive leadership experience across major financial centers in Europe, Asia, and the United States, Guy Deslondes plays a key role in shaping and implementing the firm’s global strategy for emerging markets.
🎤 Mr. Ritesh Maheshwari – Managing Director, Asia-Pacific Head of Market Outreach & Head of Southeast Asia, S&P Global Ratings
At the Forum, he will share insights into how corporates in emerging markets have progressively enhanced transparency and standardized their credit profiles, enabling more effective access to regional and global capital sources.
With more than 28 years of experience in credit ratings and capital markets, Mr. Ritesh Maheshwari led the establishment of S&P Global (China) Ratings and previously held leadership roles at CRISIL.
