Post-COVID-19, Vietnam's economy is in recovery, accompanied by numerous policy changes. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs), which comprise over 90% of the country's businesses, are gradually resuming their business and investment activities. To expand production, improve competitiveness, and integrate into the global supply chain, these SMEs require access to formal financial services. However, current bank policies inadequately address their financial needs. To address this issue, FiinGroup in collaboration with International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group and S&P Global Market Intelligence organized the conference themed "Innovation in Banking and Financial Services for Small and Medium Enterprises in Vietnam" to provide updates and suggest solutions for better credit risk management.

Oanh is currently a Manager, in charge of Financial Sectors at Market Research and Consulting Division. With over 10 professional years in the field, Oanh has substantial knowledge and experience in market research, business advisory, market entry strategy, business commercial due diligence and related services. Within the field of Commercial and Corporate Banking, she has been the Project Manager for the annual “Vietnam Consumer Finance Customer Survey”, “Vietnam Banking Report, “ Vietnam Consumer Finance Market Report” and other research and consulting projects conducted for foreign and domestic leading players. Before joining FiinGroup, she previously held several management positions at a global consulting firm named EvalueserveBusiness Consulting, Shanghai and Ernst and Young Vietnam.

Chi is a Senior Analyst at FiinGroup, specializing in key sectors such as Banking, Consumer Finance, F&B, M&A, and other critical industries. She brings extensive expertise in conducting in-depth interviews (IDIs) and consumer surveys, having contributed to numerous research and consulting projects for both international and domestic market leaders. Prior to joining FiinGroup, Chi worked on the FDI desk at VietinBank, one of Vietnam's Big Four banks, where she managed capital accounts (DICA, ICCA, etc.) for foreign direct investments (FDIs) and venture capital (VC) firms. She also cultivated and maintained strong client relationships with venture capitalists, as well as domestic and international corporations.
