Ho Chi Minh City, August 22, 2025 – FiinGroup and OCBS Securities Joint Stock Company (OCBS) have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This pioneering partnership combines FiinGroup’s leadership in data analytics and credit ratings with OCBS’s expertise in investment banking advisory, aiming to enhance transparency, promote sustainable finance, and deliver effective capital solutions for Vietnamese enterprises. The MOU was signed by Mr. Nguyen Huu Hieu, Chief Executive Officer of FiinGroup, and Mr. Nguyen Duc Quan Tung, Board Member and Chief Executive Officer of OCBS.
